My eBay not marked as paid - PROBLEM: Seller?s my eBay panel is not showing auction statuses of payment received and buyer?s my eBay is not showing auction statuses of payment sent.
RESOLUTION: Issue has been corrected. Our development team has launched a process that will bind all transaction data on my eBay both for sellers and buyers. This process has already begun and will take approximately 24 hours to complete.

Checkout Problem Now Fixed! - Due to eBay's new checkout implementation, buyers had experiences problems completing purchases. At this point, all checkout-related issues have been solved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your buyers, and ultimately yourselves.

Kyozou Integrates New eBay Certified Checkout - Kyozou has implemented changes to it's checkout to further improve the shopping experience for your eBay customers. By adhering to the specific requirements outlined by eBay, the new checkout provides a more familiar look and feel for your eBay customers and will help to improve buyer confidence and prevent checkout abandonment. Kyozou's own checkout enhancements such as pick-up scheduling, product variations, and cross selling will continue to function as before with minor changes: Cross-sold product offerings whithin checkout are limited to active eBay items only.

Search By Google order# - Google Order search selection has been added to the Manage Orders page. You can now pull up Google checkout order id's directly in Kyozou. Go to Customer Service - Manage Orders - Select Google Order# from the Search Column drop down menu.
